De Anza

I had wanted to check out De Anza College for a photo shoot that was coming up the following weekend. I remembered this campus had potential for a great photo shoot. I had Not been there in a while, Since I attended my first year in college, which was a long time ago. Great memories.

What a handsome kid! I wonder who's kid is that.

In the courtyard at De Anza College. Such a beautiful place. Ryan took the last three pictures. He loves checking out different spots for photo shoots with me. I gave him a camera and we later compared our pictures. It was fun and the pictures turned out beautiful. He did a great job. Posted by Picasa

Stephanie & Zack

I was showing Stephanie and Zack the pictures I took in Santa Barbara of Jasmine & Jd. I had so much fun doing the night photo shoot in Santa Barbara. David Jay has inspired me not to be afraid to take risks, and to try new things. I told Stephanie and Zack that we should get together and head to San Francisco , have dinner and a fun shoot. They sounded excited , and it was a plan.
They arrived at our house around 4:30 pm. We rounded up the kids and we all loaded into the suburban. Not knowing where we were going, San Francisco can be such a scary place to drive. However it is such a beautiful place . Especially at night, because it has more of a romantic feel for the night photo shoot. As we were driving, I thought that it would be fun to do some quick shots in the alley. I asked Ryan to find the first parking spot. He swerved over and came to a screeching stop. We hopped out of the car , A team style, ran into the Alley and did some fun shots. I was able to capture some of the excitement in that moment . We raced back into the suburban and just starting driving randomly about SF. Just then, we saw the Palace of Fine Arts ahead of us. We stopped there and decided to check it out. That place is not only beautiful, but has an amazing history behind it. ( Ryan gave us all the FREE Tour)
We then decided to head towards the pier ,find parking and get shooting. We walked around a little bit and scoped out some spots for some night shots. It was fun ,but as always in the city, cold. Stephanie and Zack were good sports considering the chill of San Francisco. We ended up eating dinner at Francisco's. After being so cold , we were just happy to be inside and to get something inside our stomach. The food was great ( Thanks Z) I had a great time. Like a kid at christmas,I was so excited to see how the pictures came out. And Yes, I stayed up late working on them. Zack Now thinks I'm a work -a-holic. Thank you Zack & Stephanie

I had so much fun at Brooks over the weekend. I am looking forward to changing and improving my workflow for more freedom with my kids and husband. I met so many good friends. David Jay's workshop was awesome!!! He is down to earth and very helpful. He has taught me a lot about helping others and sharing your knowledge.

Here is a picture of Jasmine and JD. Ryan and I had a great time getting to know them and they are awesome. We connected with them off the bat. They are coming up on their one year anniversary. Who would ever thought to take a one year anniversary pictures. Cool idea!!!!
